I posted a previous topic on building a rack. And I'm going to build one...I just want a tuner nothing special does anybody wanna help me with an instructional build about the cheapest way possible :D

Step 1: E-Bay

Ok, it might not be that simple.


Just a tuner? no amp? Wouldn't do just that, its much easier to carry a little Korg tuner ;)

I'm going to assume that is a 1U tuner, 2U amp.

All new (from someplace other than E-Bay):
Gator 4U Rack Case: $135. new.
Behringer BTR2000: $80. new.

Ebay (used, but sometimes can find quality gear cheap):
Korg DTR1000: $100 - $150. used - new.

I would go with E-Bay :)


Also once you get all the pieces, you'll want to lay it out how you want, then buy whatever cables you need to go from piece to piece.
