After the hectic schedule of the holidays is over, and the many updates I planning on for the site are finished, things can get rolling.

I would like to thank all of the bands that offered to play when it finally happens, which should be sometime in early 2004.

There are other ideas I have in order to help the site become self-sufficient, including some merch sales, a donation setup, and a second tier membership, which would give members some extra perks that the current free membership doesn't include.

The second tier would include a rockpage.net POP mailbox, email address, auto-responders, and a mailing list, plus storage for pictures and on-demand mp3's (sorta like what mp3.com used to offer). Cost? probably a $10 donation per year. This wouldn't affect or take anything away from current memberships.

Does these ideas sound like they might fly?

Sounds great, this is a great site and I'm guessing most users will support it.

Ron,

I have a list of individuals / bands who are intrested in playing this beneift. If you are planning to set everything up, I can give you my list of what I gathered so far. I think the total is five bands, maybe six. Let me know.

Like I said before, Ever Since Yesterday will gladly be apart of this benefit show.

Here is the list (minus those who have posted already stating that they are intrested again)
* John Stevens
* The Rudys
* Wiskerbisket
* Beyond Reason
* Acid Reflux

These are bands, and people, who are willing to play. We just need a finalized date and the rest of the goods.

Oh, and Ron, YOU ROCK TOO!! :twisted:

You can definitely count Kenny and myself in!!! For a suggestion, we could be playing while bands are switching, so there isn't any downtime.

Count me in as well. Like John & Ken, I can be ready to go in a minute and off the stage that quick.

Tonight will also mark a new trio band with Mick Luckenbaugh on drums, Tommy Brown on bass & vocals and yours truly on guitar & vocals. We haven't decided on a name yet--probably figure that one out at practice.

Lonewolf, that will definitely be a trio to check out. I didn't think Mr. Brown was going to play out again. That's awsome and I wish the best to you all. ;)
