I have that cd he is talking about and listening to the song. I have to say that it is the same. Although, what it comes down to is whether ColdPlay actually knew they were using it.

Satch is god. Why is he suing, when he could just SMITE THEM DOWN.
Laugh if you want to, really is kinda funny, 'cause the world is a car and you're the crash test dummy.

That is true, colton. But you know how it is these days. It could be his team doing it, or it could be him.
A do concur with out a doubt that satch is awesome also ... I could listen to him for hours.

Overkill is also forcing Avenged Sevenfold to stop using their logo.
On the last tour they had shirts that said "This One's Ours" with a pic of Chaly on the front, and "Get Your Own Fucking Logo" on the back.

Satch is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, and Coldplay are, well, pretentious at best.
Go Satch!
... and then the wheel fell off.

That's WAY too close. Someone once told me there are only so many chords and so many ways to arrange them, but the odds of this exact progression coming together so closely in time....eh, I dunno.
Satch rules anyway.

And Overkill's logo is just a ripoff of Ozzy's Speak of the Devil logo from 1982.

I just read about Men at Work losing a lawsuit for copyright infringement.
That reminded me about this Satch/Coldplay case. What was the outcome of this? Did Satriani win? Was justice served?
