Anyone know
Did the age requirement change from 18 to 21 to play in a licensed establishment since the smoking ban was put into effect?

Smoking ban really did not affect this law for entertainers. You must be 18 years of age to play in a licensed venue.
Any place that permits any one under the age of 18, must be smoke free.
Two separate laws.
House rules may differ though to make it tougher than then laws. So if a house says, 21 years of age, they must abide by that law for everyone and can not discriminate. So, if band A is not permitted to play because a member is only 20, then band B with someone who is 19 is not allowed to play either even if he's Uncle Joe's daughter's boyfriend.
