Recent bug fixes

I just finished fixing two small bugs in the band page editor:

1. Fixed bug which did not allow bands to enter a page caption in quotation marks. (Thanks to Kent for finding this one).

2. Fixed bug in the control to change text, highlight and background colors.
Now the correct color is seen next to the control.
