Another Place Stops Entertainment Due to Noise Violations

I heard that D'Arc's in Windber, PA stopped having bands, DJ's, etc. because one of the neighbors called the PLCB on them about noise and they were fined. Another place down the tubes for the same reason as many other places because of the noise issue.
