I've known about these cabs for about a month since it was reported that they were unveiled at NAMM, but I didn't want to say anything until it was official. I'm hoping that they eventually design a 2x12 DB series cabinet the same way they have a GS 2x12.
I'm very impressed with the products that Dave and the crew are putting out. I like how Aguilar has an old school vibe but still a modern tone. The DB750 will be the SVT of my generation. Just wait and see!

Thats a neat lookin cab. It says they are increasing the mids that should help it cut through in a band situation.
I'm a big fan of 12" speakers for bass,I'm using a Epifani UL112 and a 210 for the clubs and I got more than enough volume for my band.
When your ready to buy check out the prices at Jive Sound its a botique all bass store south of DC www.jivesound.com check out the web site.

Cabs with 12s do intrigue me. I'll eventually buy a 112, but it's most probably going to be a GS112 to match up with my S series cabs. The S series and the GS series seem to match up better with each other; especially since the S series has more forward mids and the GS series has a more scooped sound. The DB series seems to be a whole different line that's not really meant to be used with Aggie's previous lines of cabs. Obviously there's no hard rule about matching cabs as long as the impedance works out, but it doesn't look like they'd stack too well. Anyways, I'm a po college student, so I don't have the disposable income to drop on a brand new cab anyways. I've never even seen a DB series cab in person.
A GS 112 would be really cool for practice and to add a little bit more boom to gigs too small for me to justify bringing two 4x10s. I've always had the idea to have two GS112s to put under each of my 4x10 cabinets. I'd set each stack on either side of the drum kit. I'd look pretty bad ass but really wouldn't be practical since we almost always have front of house support. Besides, it would suck tearing down at the end of the night. I'll do it some day though, just for shits and giggles.
I've heard nothing but good things about the Epifani stuff. It seems like the trend with a lot of the boutique companies like Epifani, Sadowsky, EBS, Phil Jones, and the like seems to be to make very clean and flat response cabs. That makes a lot of sense to me. If you have a high end bass or a really nice head, you'd want to hear them, not have their instrinic sound colored by the cabinet.

I haven't played through any of the newer 12 cabs being put out there now, but years ago I had a Fender Bassman setup with a custom horn loaded 4x12 speaker cab. That cabinet sounded great and had a nice fat
and punchy sound to it, especially with my old P-Bass. I'd like to hear some of the new cabs myself.
