Judging by the activist judges on the Supreme Court using Fox News talking points (broccoli, calling it 'Obamacare,') I'd say they will pull another Bush-v-Gore, and bring it down. However, they will let stand the rule that mandated that hospitals cover the costs of unpaid ER visits, given to them by Reagan. It's only unconstitutional if it helps the insurers' bottom line.

Yes, it sounds familiar. The rightwing media has always targeted education, because knowledge is power, and they want to keep the rest of America as dumb and ineffective as their fans. Over the past few years, extreme talkshow hosts (and the Rockpage 'Trust) have called for the elimination of public education, and anyone who cannot afford a private (conservative or religious) education is to do without one.

The Rockpage Braintrust has always felt that the wealthy must be made wealthier, and the worker must be made poorer... nobody from the 'Trust has ever defined a difference between healthcare insurers and care-givers, because they cannot allow the scales to tip in favor of caregivers and patients, over insurance execs. The phrase, "socialized medicine," does not appear in the works of Karl Marx or V. Lenin. It was devised by ad execs in NYC in 1947, at the beginning of the Cold War, to equate insurance regulation to the unfounded fear of communism. It's pure propaganda.

When I collected unemployment insurance, it was from the money I paid into the system for 40 years of employment.
It was not pure gummint welfare that you receive when you cash your earned income tax refund.
One can receive unemployment and access their savings and retirement money from their IRA accounts. Many people have had to dip into their IRA and 401k plans early because your Kenyan ruined this economy and they have to live somehow.
