All religions have the basic same said rules.

Don't hurt yourself. (take it easy on the booze, smokes, drugs, fat, stress)
Don't hurt others. (don't kill, steal, take their spouse, kick their dog)
Be true to your God. (He/She made ya. Don't go worshipping your ipod)

Religion easily has the greatest bullshit story ever told. Think about it. witchhunt, thanks for the great George Carlin link. While Christian, I'm a very Spiritual person and don't subscribe to any 1 "religion". I have gleaned things over the years from different ones, integrated them, plus learned other things due to life experiences. I do strongly believe for personal reasons there is something more after this life and although I do think there is evil in THIS world, don't believe in the whole "concept" of hell. I think rotten people either just die and that's it or they have to come back again to "learn". I said I have gleaned things from other religions! Not doing certain things in one's life is definitely a good idea, though! Of course, it's all just my opinion, I could be wrong...

OH MY GOD I AM NOT GETTING INTO THE PEARLY GATES!!! According to the test I just took, I am not excepted, I am a liar, murderer, and the ultimate sin I LUST (not like my husband seems to mind) I think the test is a bunch of crap. How about all of the good things that people do? That don't matter, huh. I may not be going to heaven because I have sinned so badly, So I will rot in hell thinking about the complete stranger that is alive today because I was nice enough to give her a kidney and save her life, but hell Jesus don't care I LIED!!!!!!!!! In my opinion there is no such place and when all you religious freaks die I hope there is a place in time where you realize that you fell for someones shit, when you should have just got drunk, partied and actually lived your life!
