What do you think about the mosque in NY relative to "freedom of religion" in the constitution ? Do you always go by the constitution or only when it suits you ?

Now that I seen what the ruling is, I don't agree with it. The mosque is legally and constitutionally allowed to be built, but compassion wise it is not. I go by a lot with the constitution. If it is a right, then I am all for it.

I believe that that Supreme Court ruling will completely take down all Democrats and we will have a one party system. Probably a Tea Party Right Vs. the slightly less Right wing Republicans.

There will always be a Democrat in office. And the ruling favors any party.

No, the ruling favors any party that is against regulations of any kind. Less regulations for pollution. Less regulations for how money is handled.

Like the ability to take bad loans, bundle them with good loans and sell them off. That is what caused the housing bubble and the subsequent recession. Not the democrats forcing the banks to make bad loans. Hell Bush was in office for eight years with a republican congress majority for six of those years and you guys still manage to blame Democrats. It wasn't the Democrats that deregulated the banking industry.


If deregulation had NOT taken place, the banks could NOT have packaged and sold those bad loans. By the old REGULATIONS the loans were theirs and couldn't be sold. If that regulation had been kept in place, the banks would have been much more careful about who got loans.

Corporate candidates = no regulations
Democrats = regulations and therefore just watch the Trillions of dollars spent on negative campaign adds against any and all Democrats. Farewell to democracy as we know it...
