Wow, that's a shocker.
I was just sitting and joking with him a couple of Thursdays ago at Aldo's. He was a fun guy, always had a smile and was good for some laughs. He was a big fan of the music scene as well.
It again serves as a reminder to enjoy everybody in your life, and never take the people around you for granted. You just don't know when it might be your last time seeing somebody...

sad day
It's always hard when you lose someone close to you. I know what you are going through, I lost one of my best friend's of 20+ years a few months ago. I'm still not really over it, and I probably never will be.
I just try to remember all the good times we had and hold those thoughts and memories dear to me. Like Jim said, we never know when our time is coming, and when something tragic like this happens it kind of makes you put things into perspective.

Pasta will definately be very sadly missed - he was one of my friends whom I could always count on to bring me out of any funk and lift my spirits - whether it was in person or just a silly little I.M. while I was at work. Those that knew Joe will miss him more than he would have ever known!
One last time for my buddy - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

RIP Pasta....
Seems odd to look at my Buddy list and not see him on-line...
