I had a friggin blast. How about the crowd. The place was packed!! There should be crowds like that at all local shows all the time.

First time I ever saw Doug Tussy! Wow, dude can play some giter. Get him and Tommy Brown in a band, and I will not miss a show.

The show was amazing guys, you all put alot of hard work into it...And it was great Jeff would have loved it...

Actually we never had played those songs together. We learned them in 3 different cities But you are right Jeff would have loved it. Because in the 2 bands I was lucky enough to be in with Jeff, that's the way we picked up new songs. Steve O would call me and say he just talked to Jeff and he was ripping out such and such song and I should listen to it. Then that Saturday night it would be in the set list. I remember looking across the stage and Jeff would be grining from ear to ear. That's the way I will always remember him.

And thanks to all how came out and all the musicians who played. It was a fitting tribute to an incredible guy. I can't wait untill next year.

Judging from the video I wish I could have attended this event! It looks like the music was great and everyone had a good time! I gotta tell you guys also that I am touched by the camaraderie that Jeff W inspired in all of you. I never met him but I do believe that I would have really liked him. I think you guys are paying a great tribute to a great guy by doing what you are doing, keep it up!

Well, The first thing I have to say is: I LOVED DOING THE ALDO'S SHOW. I REALLY want to THANK everyone for being there !!!!!! I REALLY missed being onstage.... But I have to THANK, RON DALANSKY big time, for asking me to be a part of this TRIBUTE to a good friend of mine. JEFF WALLACK... I think everyone did a FANTASTIC job that night and I'm PROUD of all of them.......... I am SORRY, I could'nt make the other shows. But I did come to this one, Better late than never....... I just hope I made Jeff Happy for coming finally....... Thats why we were all there, to celebrate a good friend that we all were proud of............... I wish Todd Lane would have came up and played the song with us too He rocks on guitar big time... Like Jeff... But everyone at the show ROCKS.. I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!! It was like going back in time, I seen so many friends I have not seen in years. It was GREAT to talk to them... I really do have to thank - RON DALANSKY, JIM PRICE, TODD LANE, TROY AND JODY EARNEST, STEVE McCULLEY, RORY DALANSKY & FAMILY, JOE GEORGE, DENNY FRANK, DOUG TUSSEY, ALL THE BANDS THAT NIGHT, But most of all, The People who came to the show YOU ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!! For those who weren't able to attend the Jeff Wallack Tribute Show on Saturday night, here's a rough video clip I shot from Aldo's upstairs peanut gallery. It features Ron and Steve from Half Tempted, joined by Joe George on bass, Tom Brown (left) and Ron's son, Rory Dalansky (right) on guitars, and Denny Frank singing lead. Keep in mind that Denny hasn't sung on a stage in something like 20 years, and Tom's been holed up in the studio for just about as long...must be that "pencil fear!" (Ha ha ha!)

Thanks for sharing Jim. I really wanted to attend, but could not. That's a great video. Did Denny Frank sing for Black Diamond (or was it Tyrant) in late 70s? Anybody know?

Denny defintely was in Black Diamond circa 1980 and if I remember correctly, Black Diamond became Tyrant...and I know the elder Earnest boys were part of that crew.

Rory...YOU ROCK! I am so sorry that I missed the show. Just to see some of the old school guys rocking would have been a blast (and I can call you all old school because we're all about the same age )

I will always remember Jeff for his talent...but most of all for all the laughter! Miss You!!

yeah...the show was great....tom i was blown away by the lead work done on paranoid...loved the extended solo...paranoid is one of our personal fav. covers....but we decided not 2 play it b /c we knew that you guys were going to...great job by all the bands...i loved every minute of it...i wish i could have stayed for the whole thing...im sure the rest of the show was awesome
