Hey, I think that's my first siggy quote! And from a guy who told one of the funniest State College stories I ever heard. (Get him to tell you about getting his sports car stuck in the snow, the frat boys and the gunplay... I wet my briefs a little.)
Seriously, though, I save all my songs, got a big briefcase full, but most of it's only good enough for birdcage-liner. The only reason I save them is in case I can find other uses for the the hooky bits. I do wish I'd saved the ones I wrote as a young teen... lovesick songs from a jilted melodramatic schoolboy... how funny would those be now!
Anyway, thanks.
Oh, and for global warming: Yesterday on Mt. Washington, they hit a new windchill record... 35 below zero airtemp plus 104 mph wind... the scale doesn't go that low, so they estimated it at 150-plus below zero wind chill.

I don't like the term Global Warming for as someone said, it's been made into a political issue. Record high and LOW temps are definitely part and parcel of extreme climate changes. I can't fathom why that's so hard for some to understand. Whatever! Wanna burn one? :D

Actually Johnny, I quoted you a while back when that Vocal Youth drama was going on. You made quite a funny quip that everyone dug!

Of course, when playing in a band with old sKool, I'm never at a shortage for quotable material. lol
"He's the electric horseman, you better back off!" - old sKool making a reference to the culturally relevant 1979 film.
