) That was a cool show and yeah it was B rated movies and bad magic!...But I waited up for it every weekend!....LOL
I did a search and Bill O'Reilly use to write for him...found this interesting fact when he locked him (Uncle Ted) in a coffin and he was claustrophobic!!
Count Gore De Vol was another bad one!
"...Uncle Ted, the program's host, was usually "blasted out of his mind and taking chemicals you've never even heard of." One Saturday, O'Reilly arranged to have Uncle Ted emerge from a coffin during the broadcast of the evening's movie, "Dracula's Daughter." When Uncle Ted, who was claustrophobic, reluctantly climbed in, O'Reilly
locked the casket."
Good ol' Uncle Ted!

The '70s ruled! I thought it had been Friday nights, but apparently not.
My brother would usually be home by the time it was over and he'd switch the channel to a Music show that would feature GREAT Bands - I can never remember the name of that show!

Also, how I saw SNL as well as "Uncle Ted", I have no idea - unless I watched it when SNL was repeats. ...and it would appear O'Reilly has ALWAYS been an ass.
