Thoughts on New TOOL Album

Post by dburley81 »

At first i only like a few songs but for the most part i really enjoy this album...

(...with the exception of track 3 and 7 i think, but if you like to listen to an album in its front to back you can t skip them because these tracks build to the next...)

i like how the ambiance turns in to blissful aggression ex track 4, 8, and 10 i dont know the names by heart.... Just wanted to see what everyone else had to think

I definitely agree that it's one of those albums that makes the most sense when played the whole way through. I like the fact that they kept the cleaner more slick production that was on Lateralus, which is my favorite Tool album.

I love "The Pot". I love, Love, love, that song and I wanna play it in a band so badly. Its got such a cool groove and its sooo fun to play.

I wish the album was like that song, the whole way through...Like old Tool
I dont mean having every song sound the same.. just upbeat, kick ass, in your face, Tool style shit... I think Aneima or how ever you spell it is the shizz nizzle

But I have nothing bad to say about the new album.. Tool is just a great very under rated rock band.
Recording Records DIY, with more than one good song. Watch for my new band

I like the pot. That is the song that stands out to me. The rest are good but that song is my favorite. Danny Carey is the man.

What can I say.. TOOL is unbeliveable. But getting a little "long in the tooth" now. Been around sine what 1990ish? Is R.A.G.E returning? is that rumor true? they are muscical geniuses!!!!!
