Anyone know how to "shrink" a video...
I recorded Bad Daze covering Overkill's "Old sKool" (thanks guys!) and can't upload it on Photobucket. It doesn't say what the problem is there, but I tried on Myspace and it said that it's too large of a file. Is there a way to do this? Keep in mind that I'm computer illiterate. Plain English please!

Need more info. Is it in MPEG or AVI or other format? What is the viewing size (resolution)? i.e. your computer screen is probably 1280x1024. A hi-res MPEG can be 640x480 and higher.
What you will probably need to do is get a program that can convert a hi-resolution vid into a low-resolution vid (like 320x200 or less).

you're going to have to dump the video from your camera into your computer, and from there... open it in a program such as Adobe Premiere...
from there you can go to settings, and compress the size.. but be warned - the more compression, the worse the quality..

{this won't work with a Mac}
1st, you might want to find a way to dump the video onto your computer in MPEG format rather that MOV Quicktime format--its more universal.
Here is a free video converter that will let you convert to smaller files. I'm not sure if the new version handles MOV files. If it doesn't, try the 2nd link to do convert the MOV to MPEG 1st:
