Murder/Suicide in Altoona

Wife called me this AM saying there was a murder/suicide in Greenwood this am at one of the Daycare centers. Anyone know any further info.?
This city is getting ridiculously scary!

i work about a block away, when my manager was opening up the shop this morning he heard the shots. When i arrived later they still had everything blocked off.

Its pretty much right across the street from where the busted the meth lab last year. Its a terrible shame what happened but looking on the bright side (which is hard in this situation) at least the children weren't harmed, im sure they will be pretty much fucked up for life watching their father (i assume) shoot their mother.

I'm really surprised by this and all the other bad shit that has been happening in the Greenwood area, its probably one of the nicer parts of Altoona.

This is disturbing news to me on two fronts...First, of course, the tragedy and despicable act itself; and second, that it happened about a mile from my house. This stuff is starting to get a little too close to my backyard!

Ive always had a thing for the darker side of life. Serial Killers have always interested me. I used to get in trouble when i was in High School, and i would buy books about them. My mom would throw them away, and id hear shit about it for a week.

i don't understand how anyone could do that to anyone else let alone right in front of his own children.. and an entire daycare for that matter

i pray for the children that they can grow up and be well adjusted adults. i can't imagine how hard it is going to be on them

I wasnt speaking for myself, i was generally speaking. Life isnt fair to alot of people. people born with disabilities, people who are raped, people who are murdered. The families involved get it too. This world is very scary for most people id say. Tragedy can strike anywhere.

Dude... You gotta check out DEXTER on showtime.. He is a Serial Killer that Kills Serial Killers.. Also he works as a blood splatter expert for the Miami police....

No offense to the incident that happened in Greenwood... Terrible.
