Dude, I don't even understand that test. It's all about rhythm, not tone.

this must be the new and improved version of the test I posted here a few months ago, I'll have to take it when I get a chance. Something seems to be screwed up in the search function, so I'll find a link for the original thread.

I got 80.6%, which I think is the same that I got on the last test.

I'd like to try the pitch perception test that he has there too.

Should have been easy for a drummer then?

yeah, I don't understand that either. If it all sounds like the same note to you, then I suppose you're tone deaf....

the only critique I have of the test is the same one I had of the last one; its not so much a test of tone deafness, as it is a test of your short term memory, coupled with your ability to distinguish notes.

I didn't mean the test was about rhythm, I mean music is about rhythm. But, I was being sarcastic, just slightly. The test frustrated me. :) Go figure.

There is 2 other tests on there also, pitch perception and rhythm.

83. something on the tone test

First score on the pitch perception test was below normal, but I rushed through it, I took it again and paid a little more attention and got on the high end of the normal scale ( I think 4.5hz or something.

Got a normal on the rhythm

Thats a cool test thanks for posting.

I got a 75. ? % I thought this test was pretty cool.. I thought I was gonna get a lot of them wrong because some of them get pretty technical.. But I scored between normal and very good performance.. I know some guys that need to take this test.. haha
