I can't believe they asked Prince to do the half time show after the whole Janet Jackson fiasco. From what I remember Prince's tv performances were always a few items of clothing away from being full on orgies. Of course things may changed now that he is all religious and what not. :shock:

Rob, are you serious when you say that prince was never that mainstream? You have got to be joking right? Please tell me you're just on a fishing expedition for debate. Purple rain was not exactly underground scene material. Hell, they made a movie dude, 80's pop culture= Prince and Miami Vice. Next your gonna say that MC5 got too much exposure and was chart topping pop rock.
