This kind of thing sounds all too familiar in Western PA... I understand Bars want to save money...What happened here is Joe Smoe big shot bar owner in small town PA thinks he's above the law because he gets away with anything in his town finally gets nabbed..PS dont mess with BMI or ASCAP they know everything....Another thing i see here is why do bar owners think they can take advantage of the music world. (ex agree to pay a act 300$ then at the end of the night well i only cleared 1100 in my register so you guys get 175....This has happened to me and probably anyone whos played in toona town....Bottom line pay the damn bands and make sure you protect yourself....Sorry im bored like crazy at work LOL
