This weekend I got to play the Nintendo Wii. Rice has one! anyway, its a really fun system. So, far, ive only played the Wii Sports games that comes with it and it was alot of fun! I am UNDEFEATED in Wii Boxing!

7 fights. I kick ass. haha. 4 of them were done withing 20 seconds.
Anyway, the controllers are motion controlled. So i was punch and blocking air! It is simply amazing. The response is flawless. The 4 of us played boxing, tennis and bowling. It kept us entertained for hours. I didnt try golf or baseball. Anyway, if youre gonna get a new system, seems like the Nintendo Wii is the way to go. Its cheaper and really fun.

It gets boring if you are by yourself. If you play by yourself a lot, I would go for the 360. As far as having people with you and cheapness? Sure, the Wii is good. Can't wait for some more GOOD games for the Wii, so far, it's as bad as the PS3 on content. But it is a great system with friends and family. And Keith, the boxing is one of the not so good games on there, the right punch doesn't seem to connect as much as you would like it to.

I was going to get one then when I played it I realized that most of the games for it were either:
a. Outside of Zelda, not that good (Red Steel was bad)
b. Not my cup of tea

It is a fun system and a great idea but, I prefer FPS like Battlefield 2, Doom 3, or dark games like the Vampire the Masquerade series, or games like Indigo Prophecy to Scarface. I was looking at a 360 (Gears of War looks awesome) because the content looks more of what I like but, don't want to shell out the $$$ when I've just upgraded my PC.

Yea man, I can't wait for more games. I might get Elebits, looks like a good game. The most fun I had with the Wii is when I brought it to Pa with my family during Christmas. Other than that, the 360 has been dominating my TV. Another thing is that the Wii looks like crap on HD, you have to get the component cables which are sold seperately.

COD is great too though.

Can't wait for Mass Effect, Alan Wake, Bioshock, Halo 3, Assasin's Creed, Dark Sector, Forza 2, GTA5, GRAW2, man, it's gonna be a good year for gaming.

Man, I'd love to try that. I pretty much play FPS's exclusively, though I seldom play. This is the time of year I play the most... I hibernate in the winter, hate to do anything but sit in my jammies and surf the net.----->JMS

It's good because I don't feel like upgrading my video card so it's so much easier to use the 360 and have true 5.1 sound, with a 42" display.

Ahhh I love it. Just got done playing for about three hours

Are there any good games for the Wii? Evey game I've seen so far for the 360 is amazing. Dead Rising and Gears of War are seriously bad ass. I can't wait to see what the new Resident Evil is going to look like on that system!! Judging by the video that IGN has posted it looks like it is going to be the best one yet. MUST KILL ZOMBIES!!
