Yes I have and it is as follows: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you ..." not "Do unto others as they do unto you."

My point exactly. They are killing us, so we kill them. That is what they would have us do unto them. Forget the Geneva Convention, just like the UN, it is useless ...
Not your point exactly. You're saying, "They're doing bad things to us, so we should do it back to them. This is not the Golden Rule and this is not the point I was making.

Read Kent's post, then mine ... then Kent's again ... then mine again. Do it slowly ... absorb the words.

This is public info that was thrashed over and over, time and time, again and again. Apparently you guys weren't paying much attention back then, so here's a little refresher:

In 1994 bin Laden's family publicly disowned him, shortly before the Saudi Arabian government revoked his citizenship for anti-government activity. He attended his son's wedding in January 2001, but since September 11 of that year he is believed only to have had contact with his mother on one occasion.

None of the Saudis in question had a clue about their disowned distant blacksheep cousin Osama. They had legitimate business in the US. When 9/11 occurred, they openly went to our government and asked for diplomatic assistance to leave the country. Its not unreasonable for this to happen when there is an event of that magnitude. Just ask stateside Japanese after Pearl Harbor.....

Do you think we should have held the Saudis for questioning? Maybe we should have set up concentration camps like we did for the Japanese! I know! We should have sent them down to Guantanamo for a little torture. Yeah! A little torture. That's the ticket. Make them listen to the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Did I say "death camps?" I meant "happy camps ..."

You guys should know better than to put a lot of time into posts on hijacked threads. I'll resurrect it as a new post when I have time.
... and then the wheel fell off.

NO IT HASN'T!!!!!! Bush went aginst the U.N to have this war he basically Invaded to finish what his old man didn't, first off you can't put a country into a democracy that does not want to be under a democary, and that part of the world has been like that since our lord Jesus Christ walked the earth, what do you think happened to him? and that part of the world will be like that till he returns, all BUSH'S WAR caused was loss of American lives, Plus we invaded Iraq to get a handle of there OIL it's Bush's Oil war, and Haliburton Cashies in, and all Bush's BIG BUCK BUDDIES, Like when someone says something about the price of Gallon of Gas I say to them what do you Expect???? What do you think would happen to Milk if you put a Dairy Farmer in Office......

Bush also has a secret eugenics agenda?!

Oh well, just another reason why I don't like this administration. ;)
