Good Rats Video

Post by Jim Price »

For anybody who remembers, a couple of summers ago I was raving about seeing "the world's most famous unknown band," The Good Rats, when they played a free outdoor gig in Greensburg. I actually saw the current edition of the band, who goes by the alter ego Dum; the group features Good Rats singer Peppi Marchello and his two sons, Gene and Stefan Marchello.

I just visited their website, and they have put a video up on the front page for their song "World Party Anthem (The Beer Song)." I've dug this song ever since I purchased their Play Dum album at that Greensburg show. The video is pretty cool, so I thought I'd post a link to their website so you can check it out.
