Felix, when you get to be my age, you'll appreciate life SOOO much more... okay, so I'm like 6 weeks older than you... but it's a really important 6 weeks!
Happy Birthday to the guy who taught me that weird-ass F sharp/E chord I seem to use in every song I've written since, the guy who let me practically learn harmonica while on his stage, and the guy I've played more blues with than anybody else. 40 yrs. old! Holy Phuck!! Remembering those days, sitting in your yard and listening to the first of many screams echoing from the barn.... those strats learned real quick didn't they?!!

Anyhow, here's to you Felix, to the guy that gave me the best piece of advice in life.... "phuck it! Either get on the stage and play, or sit there and wonder if you ever could. If you worry about those that are better than you, or the mistakes you'll make, you'll never have any fun, so why play at all!"
