BCC wants to know

lately our meetings have been few and far between and it appears sunday evening isn't working for many of us including myself. we want to change meeting days and times, so we're asking YOU what you think. we need to come up with a day and a time where more bands & people can participate and become involved. let us know your thoughts. thanks.

Just a thought...but would it be possible to have an online meeting in a chat room or something similar to that?

Just pick any weekday evening. It will work for some and not for others. The people that really want to be involved will make time for it and be there. Don't spend too much time trying to fit everyone's schedule or there will never be a meeting.

I like the on-line meeting idea. But I think the face-to-face meetings are still very important. Maybe we could use the chat room style meeting on a weekly (or bi-weekly) basis to keep everyone up to date and 'touch base'. Maybe that would keep people a little more involved and then the monthly meeting would be better attended.

i like the online meetings idea too...everyone in martyrdom goes to school and works so, its really difficult to make it to meetings

i agree with dave that the meetings are very important and must go on, but the online meetings are a great idea too. i think they would be useful to have a few days after each meeting and the ones who couldn't attend could get caught up on what they missed and such....nice call rob

we are putting a chat room onto the BCC site as well so it will be there when we figure out what we're doing.
of the people i've talked to so far Monday nights has come up a few times...how's that sound?????
