Looks like Big Al had a wild New Year's Eve. Hope he didn't hurt those fingers. At least his mugshot looks a little more "lifelike" than Jacko's. F.Y.I. Rush is doing a North American tour a little later this year to celebrate their 30th year. Wow! 30 years. Damn, I'm getting old.
Those Canadians sure know how to party! Although it's kind of a shame to see Rush getting more mainstream press for a drunken scuffle than for 30 years of quality music. Who knows? Maybe this will all lead to an Osbournes-style reality show about the wild secret life of Rush . . . .
Apparently things got a little too rowdy at Big Al's Tiki Bar (if you haven't checked this feature out on Alex's page on Rush's website, do it now - these are a howl)!
Anybody see the Rush in Rio DVD? The multi-angle drum solo extra is alone worth double what you'd pay for the whole DVD, and the documentary rules as well.------>JMS
