Thanks to Greg from KNIGHT SOUND for the phat hook up ... Also, big thanx to BadDazeShelly for supporting our project and delusions of grandeur (especially when the spending of a substantial amount of money is involved ... luv ya, baby ).
Hope this one has a "concealed" power switch on the mic! Just wait until Randy drops a kick drum on that receiver...just kiddin'. Congrats dude, can't wait to hear it this weekend. Oh, and thanks Shelly!

Rob has a new mic. Randy has a new snare. I have a new bass and cabinet (and a old but new power amp). It's time for the sKool to buy something new. You should have picked up Jimi's Boogie cabinet.

Does Schecter currently make a 7 string? I remember that the old Avengers use to come in 7 string models. I've been trying to talk old sKool into purchasing a 7 string.

I like my Schecters but I'm holdin' out for another USA Jackson or an old Charvel 750 string-through body model. And yes, Jimi's cabinet would have totally kicked ass. Bummer.
Rob Rob Rob.....you silly man. How many times do I have to tell you? Audio Technica! j/k man. Nice looking mic. How much did yours cost you? I bought my AT 3000 series wireless off a guy on Ebay brand new for $400. The mic costs over $800 retail.

Actually the AT 3000 wireless handheld list prices out at $799.00., NOT over $800. $400 is not a bad price, though. AT minimun advertised price is $499.00. Dealers are not supposed to advertise it below that price point. They can SELL them for less, just not advertise the lower price. That's why a lot of catalogs say "call for price".

Got it brand new for about $150 below list. I'm chomping at the bit to break it in this weekend.

Jeff, remember the old Crate combo days? Thank God I upgraded. *LOL*
Yep, it suited the basement. Did you use that on the recording too?
No, Dave recorded me direct to the board, but I still plugged into that Gallien Krueger rig he has there at Data. I never understood why I plugged into the rig, post-DI box.
