Crap-Tallica completely sold the f*ck out after "And Justice For All". That was (in just my opinon) their best album, although most prefer the "Puppets" album. I liked "Justice" because of the social relavance of the songs. And it was the last time that Lars kicked ass on the drums. He just became a sucky pop drummer from the Black album on.

I agree with the previous comments. I like a little about the black album but, mostly In Justice is the last good Metallica album. Master of Puppets is my favorite though.

I agree with f.sciarrillo that Megadeth is/were better. Just my opinion though. "We won't ever make a video....we won't ever cut our hair.....we won't ever sell out.....????????????????????" :?:

I would have to agree that albums isn't all that great at all. I like some songs off the black album. Even though during that album you can start to see Metallica's change for the worst.

Watch the movie "Some kind of monster" should be called some kind of crybaby-James Hetfield is an asshole,he's lucky to still have a band they way he is-he can play the guitar but he's got an attitude, imo.

I could not believe what the hell i was seeing in some kind of monster. It was crazy to see those guys at like that. All James was doing through out the whole movie was slamming doors behind him. And lars dealing with art. And i remember someone having gay red socks on or something like that. Was that kirk or lars? Anyways the one part that blew me away in that is when lars was talking to Bob Rock and asked him if he wanted to be apart of metallica and he was serious. Said all he had to do was talk with the guys. Unbelieveable. I have a very huge dislike for that man.

actually, Im not sure if any thrash album could compare to Rust in Peace, because it was the first of its kind, probably the most thought out, and everyone else would simply be trying to create an album like it...

"Rust In Peace" was the first album to show how good of guitar player that Marty Friedman was, outside of cocophany that is. Him and Mustain colaborated perfectly on the cd ..

Also not mention that it also showed that Nick Menza could play circles around Ulrich as well. Ulrich could hold Menzas jock strap.

a funny fact... Jason (HOC) and I was give Marty's solo recording when we were young to listen to by a guitar teacher of mine... it was on tape... apparently my guitar teacher had given me a copy that ran at 3/4 speed... I couldnt believe how heavy it was... I remember hearing the regular speed version of it and thinking the dude was awesome but how it wasnt nearly as lurching and heavy... that was my introduction to Friedman... I thought he played doom metal... LOL

it was the most exotic thing I ever heard! I will never forget how dissapointed I was when I heard the regular cd... and I mean no disrespect to Friedman fans... but his riffs that low and his leads that fat were OUT OF THIS WORLD

I didn't find much wrong with Load besides a couple filler songs. The Outlaw Torn, as previously mentioned, is a great song. That album as a whole is definately not as heavy, more bluesy, but still enjoyable.

ReLoad had way too much filler, however. Not a great album.

Master will always be my favorite.

Killjingle, on the other Thread you said something about not wanting to hear what someone thinks about a Band/Tune, yet... Whatever dude - IMO, it's all good!

"And Justice For All" and "Master of Puppets" used to be my fav Metallica cds.

MEGADETH kicks major ass...I made a Marty Feldman joke months ago and thought better of it this time. :D
