Time to help

Many of us search for sometime to get our music heard. We should all be thankful to have such help from people like (The UnderGround T.V.) and (Crossfire Radio). I would like to get something together to raise money for Crossfire Radio. I am at this time searching for a venue to hold this benefit at. I was thinking maybe having 3 or 4 bands. Being Im not real good at putting things together like this I am asking for some help from other musicians. This would be for a great cause. Anyone who would like to help out with this please let me no. Anyone having any good connections that can help with a venue would also be appreciated. I had spoken to the Owner of Crossfire Radio and said they were going to try and get The Underground T.V. involved. Lets show them how much we appreciate what they do for us.

Crossfire radio is based out of Altoona, They play unsigned bands.

I agree I think these people really deserve alot of help. I've spoke to the owner last night and told him I was going to try and get something together for them. I was kinda thinkin maybe at City Limits. Being its a bigger venue. But I havent been able to get threw yet.

how often do they play unsigned bands? right now it seems they are playing national acts.

they play unsigned acts as much as national acts... they have a list of who they play, which isn't totally updates as they're working on the site..

some of the bands they play that are from this area that are unsigned include.

How does a local band get played? Just send them a cd?
