My wife's an RN, graduated at the top of her class. She recently started with a home nursing company, mostly doing home hospice care for terminal cancer patients. Of course, those people ate meat and maybe smoked, so they shouldn't get hospice care, right? They should die horrible, painfully wasting deaths because they liked meat.
And I thought I told you to reply via goeffyourself.com ?
Now, play me a G chord, Malmsteen. It's the first one you learn, if you have the balls to learn.------>JMS

Is the G chord orgasmic?

interestingly, the japanese, in general, have a high incidence of stomach cancer because they eat so much smoked meat even though their diets are high in sushi type stuff...

of couse they should get the best of care. and your wife sounds smart and knowlegable. but is this missing the point?

isn't the point a healthy diet to keep healthy?

are you admiting [finally] that meat is unhealthy? seems you are..

i don't play and you know that :D but did *I* ever claim to play or tell YOU how to play the right way or that you were doing it wrong? :D

Then why do you make meat jokes? :?

Actually, I think C was the first chord that I learned. Then I probaly learned G. I remember how tough F was at first. It's the first chord you have to really "bar", so it seemed rather intimidating.

Yes, you are the only person on this board who has experienced "the pain of losing a friend or relative." You're being way too melodramatic.

BadDazeRob...you are equating the Troll's totally out of place "do you in" and basically, "I wish him well, but" comments regarding John with "Health advice"! Here's some "Health Advice": I think it's possible you're suffering from temporary insanity, you really are no surrender, or you "know" her.

I never said I was the only person on this board who has experienced the pain of losing a friend or relative. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out why you're basically attacking me...I'll say it again, you don't know me, if you did, you'd realize I find absolutely no humor in death AND most of all, that I meant no harm. I recall the woman who hung herself, yet passers by thought it was a Halloween decoration...very sad, yet people found humor in it and certainly you didn't say you failed to see the humor then. If I'm a hypocrit...pot, kettle, black. A Human Being's death is death, period, whether anyone knew them or not.

I think what you are trying to say in a round about way, is because I found humor in what someone else began quoting Re: the very odd circumstances of someone's death, I'm a cold hearted, hypocritical bitch and I don't mean what I say. Well, you're behaving like a rabid dog, trying to make a mountain out of that molehill and are so wrong that it IS funny. :) You and the Troll keep on thinking whatever you want to about "the real me", it won't bother me in the least.

First off, my ID, phone numbers, e-mail address, hometown, Web site and everything else are all posted, right here, for all to see. If you like, the last four digits of my social security number are 7-3-4-1.

I disagree with you and I'm insane (that's not the first time you've said that to me), I'm "attacking you" and I'm a troll -- classic -- yet you are simply "YankeeRose" and that's it. All I did was quote your exact words and point out inconsistencies:

EXAMPLE:
YankeeRose wrote:I never said I was the only person on this board who has experienced the pain of losing a friend or relative.
YankeeRose wrote:There aren't many who can truly empathize the pain of losing a friend or relative as I can...if you really knew me, you'd understand.
You're taking your hatred for nosurrender (who I know as well as I know you, BTW, except I met you in person) and embarking on a crusade. I was pointing out your double standards on this board. It's OK for you to act a certain way but when NS or now I say something that rubs you the wrong way, it's flaming. Every post he or she makes (even the harmless ones) you jump on and blow off. Look at your history. If you'd ingore her or him, she or he'd leave you alone.

News flash: I've known John and the guys from Flight 19 for years. I wish him well and a speedy recovery. IMO, nosurrender, while somewhat out of place, was offering health advice that he/she believes in. It pissed people off.

At least he or she didn't laugh at him.

Another news flash: Many people here know me personally. If I have something to say, I sign my name to it, every time. My IP at home is 198.77.40.102, at work it's 199.234.155.147. If it makes you feel better, PM Ron and ask him if ANY other posts under another name (besides my wife) are made from either of those IPs. Go ahead. Please.

You need to read songsmith's previous posts about admitting when you're wrong. I've done it on this forum before, I'll do it again. But when I do it, I sign MY name, not "YankeeRose" or some other anonymous monkier.

You also need to let loose of this campaign you're waging against one person in particular. It's consuming you. Seriously.

PS: Johnny ... speed beef's on the way, brutha ... it's bad for ya, but it tastes so damn good.

BadDazeRob, "crusade" is a GOOD word, for that is what I feel you are doing, waging one against me now over something said weeks and weeks ago. You need to let go of it, it's consuming you, seriously. :) Still calling what she said in response to the good news about John, "Health Advice" and saying at least the Troll didn't laugh at him and you are NOT defending the Troll... All righty then. I'm happy for you, that you know all the members of Flight 19. I for one have "always" thought Flight 19 ROCKS, ever since I first heard them 4 or more years ago. I'm not 'splaining that last sentence...a few on here know what I mean. :) Actually, no, you didn't say you were trying to "point out inconsistencies" regarding my empathetic nature, until your next Post. How "there aren't many" meant to you that I was saying I'm "the only one", doesn't make sense to me...you are harping on something that doesn't exist.

You're also basically saying I'm the only one on here who would like to see the Troll gone, really? Could've fooled me. Dislike maybe, but I don't actually "hate" any one, it's not good to hate. Well, except maybe for the Dallas Cowboys. :) Remembering certain vituperous Posts of yours in the last year, again, "pot, kettle, black".

Ah, I was "joking", "HAHAHA", about you being the Troll...sheesh! Would BadDazeRob like a medal or a chest to pin it on, for having all of his personal info out for all the world to see... If anyone I've met would like to have any of my personal info, if they don't already know it, PM me, but there's no way I'm Posting more than my first name on here, Donna, which BTW, I've done before. :D
If everyone else started Posting their personal info, then by all means, so would I.

You are wrong yet again BDR, I don't reply to all of no surrender's Posts. The Troll more often than not replies directly to some of mine. I've ignored countless "jabs" from the Troll. Sometimes I've made a reply on a Thread that's Posted right after the Troll's, but that doesn't mean it was necessarily in response to something it wrote. I'm done.
You can keep on thinking I'm a cold-hearted, hypocritical bitch. I can live with it. The truth is, I'm really the "GOOD Bitch of the East"! :D

Um, if you eat soybeans along with a diverse veggie diet, there's a good chance that your muscles won't shrivel up and rot! :D

Wooo Hooo - that is the smartest thing I've seen on this site for quite some time!!!!!

Seriously - it was great meeting you last night!!! I am certain that you and your lovely lady and us guys in Beyond Reason are going to be friends for a long time!!

And, I am off to our next show (at Victory Lanes) tonight. And, I ate many grilled chicken legs tonight - great carnavore stuff (not to mention the many glasses of wine I've already drank!!

Anyway -- again, I must reiterate!! Where does No Surrender get this stuff - it is priceless!!!! I know my diet is far from healthy, but so is NS's and she just doesn't get it.

Have fun tonight everyone!!! Please be safe!!!

Of course, neither can you. Yet you still go off spouting on here like you know what you're talking about, despite how little you know.

I am comfortable enough with myself to admit when I'm wrong... I just did in my previous post, but you're more interested in pointing out that you're right. Whoop-de-mother-f**king-doo. nosurrender bought a vowel, and now has a clue about something. Suddenly she's more knowledgeable about a subject than folks with college degrees and decades of experience. I made a typo, confusing HDL and LDL. Again, I was WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Please e-mail all taunting I-told-you-so's to johnny@goeffyerself.net, 'cause I've apologized enough.
There I admit I'm not an expert on something.

Why is it thaat every time I visit this site everyone is fighting with each other! Why can't you guys get along? Do you guys have nothing better to do than sit on your computers and argue with each other? Ya know stress can cause heat attacks too!! Trust me. Not trying to sound mean, it's just getting stupid. Oh and by the way I take care of myself. I am 26 yrs old and I have had a heart attack and strokes, even if you take care of yourself things can happen that are beyond your control. ( I also don't eat meat)

It does now...I agree with onegunguitar, it seems the nutritional, cardiovascular discussion that was the main gist of this thread is drifting into the start of another impending and senseless flame war. Time to play fireman again...

BTW, at least on my scorecard, nosurrender was largely NOT a culprit in this particular attempted flame war. There is hope yet...
