Update & Very Special Thanks

As many of you know, our Guitarist , John McKelvey suffered a mild heart attack just before Thanksgiving.....
We would like to report that John is doing VERY well, and will re-join us in the very near future..
Thanks to everyone who sent the kind wishes, and words of encouragement.....

A VERY special "THANK YOU" goes out to Jimmy Tangeman, who has been sitting in with us for the past few weeks.... What can you say about a guy who learns three sets of music. including a few originals, in an extremely short time to help us keep our commitments to the area clubs..

I was very glad to read the news and wasn't even going to Post, but I'm totally APPALLED at no surrender's Post. Even Vegans can have a mild Heart Attack, or even a Massive Myocardial Infarction. Just WHO has this Troll "done" that it's allowed to remain? no surrender's entire "do you in" statement...how LOW. Think about it...there's another Thread that it doesn't seem to have been able to read properly, wherein it Posted asking why someone is in and what his condition is, when it's clearly stated. What a Troll. Oh, wait...I'd better stop...I'm "flaming", huh? Sorry! I won't mind if this Post is "censored", but of course, you already know that.

It is certainly great to hear that John is doing good and is feeling better. Best wishes to him in the future and to all of Flight 19. As to " NO Skankrender " posting negative waves towards someone who suffered a heart attack, YOU have reached an all time low you piece of dog vomit. This time the troll has gone too far. I don't know John but I wish him the best for a speedy recovery. Heart attacks no matter how mild are still a serious medical problem that should not be made fun of.

no surrender sure is an asshole. i wont vote to have anyone banned, but i think his/her/it's comments this time are really out of order. there isnt anything funny about heart attacks. regardless of the reasons. NS wont put a face to the name for a reason. NS says some of the stupidest shit. Obviously whoever it is , is only running of a couple cylinders if ya know what i mean. A few fries short of a happy meal. It's actually largely hereditary. It can also be stress related. Diet is one factor. Maybe you need a clue, scooter.

People are indeed born with all kinds of "CONGENITAL" Heart Defects, like oh say, a Bi-Cuspid Aortic Valve (That means it has only two leaflets that open and close, when it should have three.), or any manner of things that do not become known until they start to give a person problems with their Heart later in life and it has nothing to do with "Diet". High Blood Pressure is another culprit...I have a good friend who happens to be a Vegan and she doesn't even eat things like Mayo or Margarine - she has also mentioned Hydrogenated Oils being "bad"...and she has HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, so SHUT THE HELL UP, no surrender!!!

I don't think that anyone having had a Heart Attack, of any kind, or having High Blood Pressure, a potentially deadly "silent killer" that can cause not only Heart Attacks but Strokes as well, is a laughing matter, nor a subject to be treated so cavalierly. To say "you did it to yourself", whether anyone did, or not, is to me, almost evil. We ALL eat and do things we shouldn't. I'm so upset right now that I'm almost of the mind that if this Troll is not banned, I'm gone.
