Its only to sell a book. Nothing major at all, he's had a stroke and Bill Goldberg fucked his neck up so he couldnt possibly wrestle at all ever again. Yes I know, Shawn Michaels was said to be "incapable" of wrestling because of his lower back problems that kept him out of wrestling for 5 years, but this is different - he suffered a stroke, he's not all there anymore.. this will be a 1 or 2 nite thing, or until the book sells enough for him to retire with.f.sciarrillo wrote:Oh, an another shocker for you all .. Bret Hart will be returning to Raw some time this month or next month. This will be the first time he was there since that incident between him and Hbk in 1997. That should be interesting to see.
As a wrestling fan, this book selling shit pisses me off. Hell, one of the main reasons I dont like WWE that much is because they have too many segments where wrestling doesnt occur, which is why I watch TNA on Spike TV - all matches, very little window dressing, plus I get to see A.J. Styles, who will be the face of pro wrestling for the next 10 years.
That however doesnt say much. As the VERY BEST wrestler/athelete in the past 20 years. Rob Van Dam, hasn't amounted to shit in WWE - because they havent done anything to push him. That man is better in every aspect of this business than every world champion in the past 6 years (except chris benoit) but then again you think.. who were the world champions in the past 6 years? there werent too many.. HHH, the Rock, Steve Austin, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, Dave Batista, Chris Jericho, Randall K. Orton, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, John Cena, Big Show. That may seem like a lot of names, but keep in mind as a pre-cursor that HHH has been world champion 11 times in the past 6 years, and he's held two stints of holding the belt for longer than a year. In 2003-2004 throughout that entire year, HHH only lost 4 matches, and only 1 was a singles match with NO stipulations - so yeah I may have just listed about 15 names, but most of those guys have held the belt for less than 3 months at a time - my point is.. Rob Van Dam could out-wrestle each and every single one of those "champions" in a match, with exception of Chris Benoit. And yes, RVD could also out-wrestle Kurt Angle due to technicality and RVD being noted as "the best black martial artist in north america".. yet they do NOTHING with him, and then he gets hurt. Its truely sad.
Wow. i just wrote a book haha sorry
