DRUM NIGHT DRUMMERS and any other DRUMMERS

I visit Pearl Drummers Forum a lot. So just for fun I started a thread asking if any of them would like to do a clinic Here in Central Penna. .

I explained how we get together occasionally.

To my suprise I got a few hits. So here is my question. Would any of you like to help put something together [A Drum Night]. Ed Ford at Ford Music offered me a room for us to use.

It would only be fair if we could chip in to cover someones expenses, if they were to travel a long distance.

One guy (user name NevDrum) is really good. I've seen his videos.

What day is best ? [ When no one is playing, so the most poeple can make it] ?


Perhaps a late Saturday morning / afternoon ?
Or a week night ?


If any of these guys come from out of town, does any one have a spare room in case we need overnight accomodations ?

A blushda is a flam triplet but the second note is double stroked and the sticking does not alternate.

The first vid didn't impress me much...The second guy, Evan. I checked him out before online. Very good player, seems to do a lot of Virgil Ripp-offs, which means he is very talented and wouldn't mind seeing him! Awesome grooves by him as well.

But what do you think ? Could we raise (chip in) some expense money ?

At least gas , and a place to stay if necessary. One guy said he would come form New Jersy and pick up NevDrum (Evan) on his way.

What day/time ?

Then I can contact these guys to confirm their willingness to come (or see if they're just blowin' smoke).
