You never know who your gonna meet in Atlantic city at the casino's and the Canes had the pleasure of playing for the Philly Flyers hockey team last tuesday night. Also in the house was none other than the Great one himself, Wayne Gretsky! There was a roast for someone in the flyers, Wayne was gracious enough to stop and talk with us and he also signed the back of Felix's black strat and wishing him good luck with the new CD.
A month ago when the reggae master George Wesley was on stage at the Borgata he was joined on stage by Motley Crue. Loved to have been there as the Motley ones played some Heavy reggae!
Theres some talk of a lil tour for the Canes opening for Wesley through NJ and NY, hopefully this will become a reality.
Thanks for reading!

Cool Idea on the topic salvage. Bob mentioned Reggae muscian Goroge Wesley. I went to highschool with him, and lived about 5 miles away. He started out playing in a Grateful Dead cover band in the Scranton area around 71 or 72.
Then had his own band called Second Wind which was fantastic, sort of a jazz/ reggae / jam band. he might look like a Jamaican mon, but he is from RD2 Factoryville, Pa. (home of Christy Matthewson BTW for you baseball historians)
