That's a pretty big step up from ripping the wings off and toasting them with a magnifiying glass! I will have to try that.
I also heard that you can do a similar thing w/ a bumble bee. If you 'chill it out', put a dab of glue on it, and attach it to some fishing string, you can have a bee on a leash!

Hey that sounds like fun...
I use to take a bang site cannon and add the water to it and burn the wings off the flies with the long flame that it shot, then after the water
evaporated and added the bang site it was pure bang (no flames)
laoded the cannon with these unsuspecting flies and shot them out of the cannon......Let the circus begin ladies and gentalmen......flies flying
faster then they ever could imagine.... with no wings
I was a disturbed child lolol
no flies were harmed in the making of this circus NOT...

What a breath of fresh air compared to those OLD guys on that other thread about buying stocks. They really must be old or I am dumb (and poor), I really don't have the slightest clue what they are talking about. I would prefer staying young (making airplanes with flies) to buying stocks, arguing about them, and wearing Mom jeans.
