I was lucky enough to work with Gatemouth once. I was running monitor mix, and he had his old Fender Twin pointed across the stage right at me. It was on 9. I spent the rest of the night saying "Huh?".ChromeCultStudios wrote:Musician Clarence 'Gatemouth' Brown Dies

That was a good night. Charlie Musselwhite played also, and both he and Gatemouth gave me nice compliments on the monitor mix. It made me feel like a million bux... A grammy winner and an old school blues hero both giving me props.
