Saw Bad Dave, or DaZe, or some shit Saturday night....

Post by Bag »

What a rip-off! I mean I hustle down to the County Line right after getting off work, and the pricks wouldn't give me my free beer! (For the flyer they put on my car the week before) What bulls&it! Lucky for them they KICK ASS, or I'd of been pissed!

Seriously, if you haven't seen Bad DaZe, DO IT! I didn't get there til 12:30 or so, so I don't know what the first half of the show was like but, for the next hour they were kickin serious ass! (well at least after Billy Idol & Tommy Tutone  ) Awesome Motley medley and a killer Pantera cover were the highlight. Talked to a bunch of the locals and they were all very impressed and looking forward to your return. I'm definitely gonna try to get to some shows.

In fairness, the singer (Rob?) did try to give me a dollar for a beer, but I'm pretty sure it was his last one so I declined!

A new Bad DaZe fan! :D

Bag,

Thanks for coming down, brother. I wanted to say, "Hi", but as you saw, I was moving my cabinet out when I spotted you. I can be curt when tearing equipment down. *LOL* We can't wait for our next County Line date.

And I can't help it; I might as well promote.

Bad Daze
September 3rd
County Line Inn, Mount Union

"Show brute strength", giving a paper cut, LOL! :-) Esa, you're a HOOT!

Being that the show on it is now over, I'd considered removing my Flyer Avatar, but it's better than nothing and I rather like it any way...so it's staying, for now.

I LOL on my way to "Altunea" last night, there I was, driving down the mountain and what do I see on the side of the road? A Raccoon and it had a blue chip bag or something in its paws, trying to get whatever might be left inside. I couldn't help but think of some of what was said on here, the sight struck me as FUNNY and I cracked up! Although, I hope the silly critter didn't get whacked out on "Cheetos dust" and get hisself killed.

bassist_25, which bench, the ONE, up past Joey's?

Bag,

It was cool to finally meet you face-to-face ... glad you enjoyed the show.

We're looking forward to many more return trips to the "Line." Thanks for passing the word ... You're next beer is definitely on me ...

Yeah, it use to be in front of Lloyd's Hardware (the yellow building), but then it got moved across the street for some reason.

Yes the Line did kick ass. It's about time I get to play there again. I played there a few times but that was with my old band. Being a Mount Union resident for about 27 years, it felt good to be playing at home. It was good to see some old faces and new ones as well.

ATTENTION: Flyers will be distrubted for the next County Line show. Which is Sept. 3. There are bad daZe ahead.

Thanks to Unit 509 for doing a superb job. Look for the guys and girl to hit area stages real soon.

Later
