~*~Rick Ramsy???~*~
Does anyone know when and where he's playing this month? I've not seen anything listed here on rock page (unless i'm missing it) and haven't been able to get ahold of him email wise. I want to go to one of his shows so I can get a stamp in my poker run book... I know he played in Carrolltown last week, but scheduling just wasn't in my favor.
So...anyone know?
Thanks!!!

"A stamp in my poker run book"...if
that's want you want to call it, go right ahead!

Seriously, he's cool. One of the best shows I've been at this year
and THEIR LOSS, not too many people were there, was at Peter C's, in March. Lots of other musicians showed up and it was a GREAT jammin', rocking time! "Scheduling conflicts" suck, don't they? Speaking of scheduling...
when is Beyond Reason going to be back at Victory Lane, or somewhere in Altoona we can see them at? You'd be "THE" woman to ask! Whatever you do this weekend, have fun!

Great job tonight man!!!!!! The highlight was definitely seeing a kazoo in the harmonica holder... ::shakes her head and giggles:: And I will have to say that that is the first time I've ever been put in 'Bad Bad Leroy Brown'. The Deathmaster was cracking up a few times too.
Thanks for the stamp! Woooo hooooooo!

Ive had the privelage of jamming with rick a couple times, and seeing him play a couple times as well. He is definitly a character. His version of Tool's Eulogy is incredible. The guy has a lot of gadgets and crazy shit that he uses (that i want
). I'm hoping to see him play out again real soon, it just sucks that we're playing out on the same nights that he is. Rick is a good showman, that for sure, and an awesome musician.

"Showman", yeah, that fits...the show in March was on his birthday, too, although his cake had that whipped cream "cool whip" icing, not the "Butter Cream"!
The night included music from every era and genre, but ended with U2's, "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" and a song or 2 earlier, Men at Work's "Land Down Under" had us ALL goin'! Never forget it, awesome time!

Hey, you talkin' to us? Whaddya gonna do? Playing with the fishes iz better than sleeping with the fishes (Unless one has a boat with a Cuddy!), so fuhget about it... and may he "fish on"!
