I fell off the wagon.

I'm still a smoker who hasn't smoked in a week, but I gave into the alcohol once more.

you really WANT to give up
alcohol, you will...having some every now and again ain't so bad...I don't think you went on an alcoholic, blackout bender, now did you? Then, "fuhget about it"!
