New Bruce Dickinson CD

Post by rreihart »

I saw on CDuniverse that Bruce Dickinson has a new solo cd out and it was mentioned that if you liked Chemical Wedding and Accident of Birth you would like this one. It's called Tyranny of Souls

I was wondering if anyone heard it and what they think?

Man i'll tell you, June and November kill the bank account...always tons of new releases those 2 times of year.

Bruce Dickinson?....not THE Bruce Dickinson??? Is there any cowbell????
I have tiny hands, like a Tyrannosaurus. T-Rex may be the lizard king but he could never play the guitar...

I've heard it. His website had a free streaming preview of the whole thing the weekend before it was released.

I listened to the whole thing, though not real closely (had other things going on, and the quality wasn't real great on the stream, but better than most) but from what I could hear, yes, it does sound right up there with AOB and TCW.

Which means, it may very well be AWESOME! When I put either of the last 2 releases in my CD player, they're in there for quite a while, and it will be quite nice to have a third one like that! :)

Arise! Awake! The king in crimson comes!
