Just wanted to give a huge thank you to our man Jim Price for coming out to "Gin and Juice's" shows and to every other band that he see weekly, this man does have a day job and still has time to come out and check out local music, so from Gin n' Juice and every other band he's seen. Thanks you Jim for everything.
Peace,

A BIG "Hell Yeah!" to that! JP came out to Peter C's last Friday when Big Bang Theory was there - he hung out for 2 full sets, BS'd with us and other patrons the whole time, and this AFTER he had recorded hours and HOURS of radio programming for the holiday weekend.... JP IS THE MAN!!!!!

BTW, I did like your guys' jams at the V Lane on Saturday. Its funny, I never thought of that kind of material as dance music until I saw everyone dancing.

Jim has been coming to see me play in bands since I was 16-17 years old. Yes I was lying about my age to bar owners at the time and they never questioned it. You could get away with stuff like that 12-15 years ago. Being 31 years old now (I'm not trying to make ya feel old Jim), I can't help but wonder why he doesn't seem to look any older than he did the first time I met him. What's the secret Jim, we all want to know. Maybe his avatar is him in his birthday suit.

Hey now! Who's to say that I'm not seducing this mustached man and not vice versa???!!!??? Sure, I love the thrill of a bass player (or a guitar player in toms' case...or a drummer in kevins' place...or a gymnast in mary's case or a....), but a man who flashes people just as much as i do....well, he's a man after my own heart!
lol

Seriously though...I don't think we'd be as great in this area if it weren't for Jim promoting us in his articles. He comes out and supports us not only for his job, but for the love of music as well. So does Ron. If it weren't for this website, alot of people wouldn't know when and where bands were playing, what kinds of bands they were, etc. Ron works hard to keep this site up for us to "whore" our bands out and JP works hard to make readers (and radio listeners) want to see the experience.

Besides that, they are helluva nice guys. I'm happy to say that I consider them both friends. (and good dancers!) So uh, Jim, when do I get to snag you on the dance floor again!?!
