~*~Hippies~*~

Post by esa »

I thought Hippies were supposed to be fun, fun loving, high, peaceful creatures. Hell, I think I'm a reincarnated one. In tune with Nature. An it harm none. And such. Hippies, such wonderful creatures that sometimes smell funky and have odd names.

NOOOO!

Last night, we had the HIPPIES FROM HELLLLLLLL!

Yes! I kid you not! What is it about a major (drinking) holiday that makes people not be able to hold their liquor 5X's worse than normal?
Can you say, "Let's fight everyone in the bar? Let's stay outside and flip everyone the finger since we got our arses tossed out of the bar yet will flee as soon as we see the po po's (cops) show up"? Sure, I knew you could. ::best Mr. Rodgers voice she's ever done::

Anywho. Props to the Gin and Juice boys and DMFJ who sat in on bass all night with them. Y'all rocked. Even JP thought so...well, that was until he learned about the secret room in Kevin's basement that is shrine-dedicated to him....

Yeah, I agree...I thought hippies were supposed to be peaceful. Maybe it's due to the shortage of hippie lettuce locally due to all the recent drug busts; it's got them testy...

And that shrine in Toona's basement worries me...

One time I was at a "love fest and there were some hippies smoking some great "gange" and they invited me to join, well always happy to get in on some free schmoke I sat and puffed awhile, after about an hour of straight schmokkin I sorta lost my head and blacked out when I regained consciousness they were all dead, seems that while I was blacked out I had stabbed them all multiple times with a sharp piece of flaming firewood, WHEW ,,, I had forgotten about that .
I'm glad I didn't have to fight in a war, I'm glad I didn't get killed or kill somebody, I hope my kids enjoy the same lack of manhood

I have to give Kevin, Travis, and Dustin of Gin and Juice a huge thank you for letting me have the privledge of jamming with them. Never before have I had the chance to do that style of music, run with it, and have a blast! Again, thank you guys (especially Kevin for inviting me down) - here's hoping I can do it again sometime!

Jae,

It's us who owe you a big thanks for coming down! We really appreciate the fact that you went out of your way to rent a pack mule straight from Arizona to hump your bass and rig down the mountain, while Esa sat on it's back with a small willow whip screaming "YAAAHH, MULE!!!!' at the top of her lungs like a bad Bugs Bunny cartoon....

........................

Damn, just that image in my brain is funny.

Anyway, much props to you, Jae, for doing a kickass job. You know where we are and when we are, so come on down again anytime and rock out with us!!
Dood...

It's finally happened... Through the power of Woofbooger's idiocies, he's posessed Bobby Lee! Come back to us BL!

And Kev...I think you forgot that I was sipping a tastey beverage the whole way, making him say "Social" as often as possible...

Bob, my man, I'm worried about you. 8) I those hippies gave you some "treated" weedliness or something. Ix-nay on the Azy-cray, or Sean Hannity'll talk about you on his radio show. :D :D

Stilll gotta get out for Gin & Juice... I was headed there last night, but went to Peter C's and got sidetracked (Had To Play The Blues! ). Felix and Co. had Dickie sitting in, and that's never a bad thing to have to sit through.----->JMS
