One of our beloved Grimmettes has taken ill.. Our dear friend Hope has been taken to Hershey Medical Center and is having surgery today (4/4) several years ago Hope received a kidney from her mom and it seems that the kidney is now non functioning, and because of complications it needs to be removed this will leave Hope with NO functioning kidneys, I cannot tell you the effect this news has had on myself and THE GRIMM, Please join us in praying to what ever higher power you pray to for Hope's speedy and COMPLETE recovery. Hope we Love and miss you come home soon !!

I don't know what else to say other than to tell her to get better so she can come out and party Grimm Style with us. If I could buy her a kidney, I would...She's a great person and a good friend...

Just to update you all on Hope!

She had surgery yesterday (Wednesday) to remove the diseased Kidney. Everything went fine and I spoke w/ Hope this morning and besides being in ALLOT of pain she is doing really well!!!! Thank God!!!

Hope will continue to have Diaylsis treatments done at Hershey until she is released and she was placed on a Kidney Transplant list last year after this Kidney was no longer functioning.

When I spoke w/ Hope this morning I told her that a forum was created on Rockpage for her - she was extremely excited and said she can't wait to get her hands on a computer!

I really appreciate all of the get well wishes, prayers and thoughtfulness that has been shown on this forum. You all truly are a great bunch of people!!!!! Please continue to keep Hope and her Mom - Linda in your thoughts and prayers!

I just wanted to personally thank each and every person who wrote on this forum. Granted, it took me a couple of days to want to get on the computer...lol! I was released on friday (the 6th). I'm still in a lot of pain (THANK GOD FOR DILAUDID AND PERCOCET...CAN I GET A HELL YEAH!!!?????!!!!!) I still have to go to dialysis 3 times a week and i'm on "HOLD" for a transplant for 3 months in order for me to heal correctly! But, i'm still in good spirits and am grateful to be out of the hospital!!!!

Thanks again to everyone for the thoughts, prayers and good wishes to myself and my family!

A HUGE THANKS GOES OUT TO BOBBY "BIG PAPA'" LEE FOR TAKING THE TIME TO INFORM EVERYONE ABOUT MY SITUATION!!!! I LOVE U SOO MUCH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE U AGAIN AND GIVE U A BIG HUG AND SLOPPY WET KISS...LOL!!!!!!

Hope, thank you's are not necessary I have already been thanked 100 fold, you're coming home quickly and well is ALL I ever wanted or needed to make everything right in Grimm land and when I got the news On Sat. that you were home I tingled with delight almost like I certainly will when I get my hug and sloppy kiss.... You continue to recover and get strong and know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers... I love you so.
