Favorite Rockpage Name

Post by DMFJ03 »

I was just looking at which forum to go into next, and saw that several Rockpagians were logged in, and I saw the name SpellboundByMetal and thought...what are everyone's favorite Rockpage names?

Mine has to be the aforementioned SpellboundByMetal.

Anyone else?

Here here!!

I did want to ask Ron something though, but I kept forgetting to.

Ron, with your old quote "...and the wheel fell off" - what was that all about? Cause it struck me as funny, but I didn't know why.

Well, I was navigating the names and I found my favorite...10 SECONDS OF FURY. It's just a good description of me in the sack!

It's difficult to make me laugh out loud at 8:30 on Tuesday morning, but that one did it! It reminds a lot of Collin Cowherd on ESPN Radio and how he's always ripping on himself. Good 1!

Thanks guys.
"And then the wheel fell off" was just a funny saying that I picked up. It's a Murphy's law thing.
... and then the wheel fell off.

When my dad was a teenager, he had a friend who emigrated from the Ukraine, and his dad spoke no english, so they would screw with him. He'd be yelling at them for having his son out late the night before, and they'd be like, "I had one too, but the wheel fell off." And he had no idea what they were saying. It made no sense at all, but was silly, and therefore, funny. That sig line always reminds me of my dad's story!--->JMS

My great (great) gram was from poland...and she had a few sayings in english...other than that she swore at you in polish. Her favorite was "go pick berries". No matter what you did or how many of you there were, when she'd get frustrated she'd send all of you out to pick berries.
