Hate when people drive catch phrases into the ground?
Hate when people drive catch phrases into the ground?
That's what she said.
You missed it Rob,
The church down by Lake Rowena used to have "Git-R-Done for Jesus" on their marquee (sp?).
That's when you know it's gone too far.

Rob, I'm working hard here on trying to get the old sKool quotes to become ingrained in American pop culture. I think I need a bigger medium. Once we move past Rockpage, people around the country will be saying, "I have to go see a man about a horse" and "When I'm wearing this Pantera shirt, I feel as though I should be real mean and swear a lot. It's like being in the Bloods or the Crips; you have certain obligations".
"He's the electric horseman, you better back off!" - old sKool making a reference to the culturally relevant 1979 film.

I know what you mean, drives me insane. My son was on a kick of saying that and when I got tierd of hearing it I gave him a bunch of chores to do on a night he brought his home work home to do "and that is'nt to often" so he was complaining about it and I through his little phrase at him a few times. I hav'nt heard it sinceBadDazeRob wrote:http://maddox.xmission.com/c.cgi?u=chappelle

That's the only explination there could be, Griff.
If I wasn't going to attend before, I am certainly not going to do it now. They might shoot me where I sit for making a snide comment.

If that's the case, you should stay the hell out of Butler County. That little saying has filled a void of their's. By now, Larry the Cable Guy has replaced Jesus in their minds.BadDazeRob wrote:http://maddox.xmission.com/c.cgi?u=chappelle
