I saw them.. that's pretty funny. MnM's battling for the Galaxy. All I can think of is Vador saying, "Luke, I am Dark Chocolate...."

they say you're not a man till you... oh, wait, wrong subject. ;)

I remember as a kid, my grandmother would put out the big bowl of the little bite-sized Hershey candy bars. When us kids were done, all that would be left, was the Dark bars (or whatever they were called). We always considered them the candy bars that the ooooold people ate.

But now that I'm ooooooold myself, they actually are quite good, so I might just have to check these new M&M's out!

i think there are a lot of things that you don't like when you're little, but find out later that they're good....when i was itty bitty, i HATED nuts in my chocolate chip cookies, something i accepted as a fact until several years ago, when i reluctantly tried one containing walnuts. i still make them without, but now i'll eat them if they have nuts in them. i still dont like raisin cookies...baby steps. maybe that will be my next goal in life.

(also, those mnmazing bars are quite yummy..esp. the pb ones. yumyum)

I love dark choc. I believe it is actually better for you than milk chocolate, so I will definately have to give the m&ms a try.

My other two newer vending machine candy favs: snickers with almonds and the take 5 (although I think they should supply you with more product for 60 cents)
So you gonna take me back to your room and play with me?

The dark side of the chocolate can cloud the mind, but at the same time, it can make you more powerful than you can possibly imagine. Give in to the power of the dark side. There is no escape ...

Got a bag (w/peanuts) for Christmas. Don't like it.

As for nutrition, pure cocoa has a few antioxidants in it. Dark chocolate has a higher percentage of cocoa than milk chocolate. Apparently the milk also tends to disallow absorbtion to the body.

Just drink OJ everyday and you won't have to worry about it.

I know you work with my boyfriend, and I really didn't know they had dietitians working there. ZW is quite impressed with your food science knowledge.

Thanx.

I didn't know Zappa worked here!!??

My dad is a nutrition freak, so I get it honestly. Then I took a NUTR course at PSU. Only one course, but it was a real eye-opener. I remember more from that course (including what and how to look things up) than any of my major courses. After that, I started paying closer attention to food. After all, at 46, its getting ever harder to maintain this boyish figure.......
