The initial arc of this story is regarding cellphone photography and videography at music concerts, but given the increasing discussions regarding people shooting video at crime scenes (and capturing some law enforcement behaving badly), I could envision some real debates and controversy stemming from this development, perhaps even reaching the Supreme Court at some point.
