Hello Everyone,
Here is the recap of the September 27 edition of 105.9 Qwik-Rock's weekly local music program, "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on Lion Country's Rock Station, 105.9 Qwik-Rock. The show can also be streamed via Qwik's website, www.1059qwikrock.com.
Again, we checked out more new music on this week's program, and debuted new tunes from Jack Pyers, Spacefish, Bill Hoffman, the Leeja Stark Band, Corners Of Sanctuary and Embers Fall. We also updated "Local Music News," dug a 1995 song by Pittsburgh's Whiskey High from the archive for this week's "Local Music Flashback," and stepped "Across State Lines" to hear music from Baltimore/Washington D.C.'s A Sound of Thunder.
