Why write and then find a drummer? Drummers add nothing to the writing process?

Drummers add all sorts of great stuff.

So far i talked with 4 drummers and they all asked me to contact them when we have and "x" amount of songs already done.

I would love to have a drummer That would like to be part of the creative process,i can only see benefits from it...But sadly up to this day i only Met drummers that want to do 5-10 jam sessions and go play live...
