Sounds encouraging but this may not be the best medical bill. It restricts a Doctor's ability to precribe a lot of ailments marijuana is known for.

We need a better one.

Sometimes a bad bill is hard to get rid of.

Example: The Marijuania Stamp Act of 1936 pushed by Harry Anslinger of Altoona, the 1st Drug Czar. He started all this crap.
